Basic Green Smoothie
 
2 cups water
½ to 1 frozen banana
½ to 1 bag frozen fruit
1 to 2 handfuls greens
 
Blend all ingredients. Add more water as needed. Additional supplements can be added as desired. Make sure to rotate fruit and greens over time. Use filtered water and organic fruit and greens whenever possible.
 
Savory Green Smoothie
 
2 cups water
1 to 2 handfuls greens
½ to 1 cup broccoli or cauliflower
½ to 1 cucumber
1 apple
 
Blend all ingredients. Add more water as needed. Additional supplements can be added as desired. Make sure to rotate fruit and greens over time. Use filtered water and organic fruit and greens whenever possible.
